County’s Right to Audit. Non Profit shall allow inspection of all documentation and records related to its expenditure of funding by the County or the U.S. Department of Treasury upon reasonable request, and retain such for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of Non Profit’s final receipt of it portion of the funding; and
County’s Right to Audit. The Agency agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of one (1) year after the term or termination of this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of the Agency which are directly pertinent to the Services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. The Agency agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Agency facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate workspace in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give the Agency reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

Consultant agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of Consultant which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. Consultant agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Consultant facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give Consultant reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

County shall give HEB reasonable advance notice of intended audits.
County’s Right to Audit. All Lessee’s books or accounts and records shall be kept and made available at one location within the limits of the County of San Diego. County shall have the right at any reasonable time to examine and perform audits of Lessee’s records pertaining to its operations on the Premises. The cost of said audits shall be borne by County; however, Lessee shall provide to County at Lessee’s expense, necessary data to enable County to fully comply with each and every requirement of the State of California or by the United States of America for information or reports relating to this Lease and to Lessee’s use of the Premises.
