County’s Right to Audit. Non Profit shall allow inspection of all documentation and records related to its expenditure of funding by the County or the U.S. Department of Treasury upon reasonable request, and retain such for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of Non Profit’s final receipt of it portion of the funding; and
County’s Right to Audit. The Agency agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of one (1) year after the term or termination of this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of the Agency which are directly pertinent to the Services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. The Agency agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Agency facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate workspace in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give the Agency reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

Consultant agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of Consultant which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. Consultant agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Consultant facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give Consultant reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

Xxxx Engineering agrees that Client shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Xxxx Engineering facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. Client shall give Xxxx Engineering reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

The Xxxxx Screen® License Agreement The pricing structure for The Xxxxx Screen® is as follow: Access License Fee for up to 100 Xxxxx Screens® $ 4,000.00 Initial Set-up Fee† per location/subsite administering screens ($299 x 1) $ 299.00 Required Training: Multi-Agency Webinar Training ($125 x 2) $ 250.00 Total* $ 4,549.00 Individual Xxxxx Screens administered beyond the 100 screens purchased above will be billed monthly as used @ $45.00 per screen. Alternatively, prior to administering the last of the above pre-purchased Xxxxx Screens®, Williamson County Juvenile Services may contact Xxxx Screening, Inc. to purchase a bulk of 25 or more Xxxxx Screens® @ $40.00 per screen. Individual Xxxxx Screens administered beyond the additional bulk screens purchased above will be billed monthly as used @ $45.00 per screen. The above pre-purchased or additional bulk purchases of Xxxxx Screens® must be used by the end of the one-year license term and will not roll-over into another term. Both the English and Spanish language versions of The Xxxxx Screen® are included in this cost quote. Additional required training as needed (see below).

County’s Right to Audit. HEB agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Contract, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of HEB which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Contract for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. HEB agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary HEB facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section.
