Course Content Delivery and Duration. (i) Except for the Strategy and Tactics Course Employees may request academic equivalents to the Fire Chief or designate. (ii) The City shall establish, at its sole discretion, the maximum capacity for each course for the calendar year. No new spaces shall be created in courses as a result of the existence of the waiting list. (iii) The Employer may change course content or the delivery method (online or classroom) but not the number of days or daily hours of the course without a mutual agreement. Any courses identified by the Parties as being provided by the Training Division may not be changed to any other provider without mutual agreement. (iv) All courses with an exam component shall require 70% to pass with the exception of courses that require a successful pass based on third party certification. (v) The following shall apply for the Strategy and Tactics courses: a) The Strategy and Tactics course will have objective based scoring and shall require 70% to pass. b) The Strategy and Tactics practical assessment will take place two (2) to six (6) weeks following the completion of the course. An employee’s attendance at the practical assessment will be on their own time. The assessment will be scheduled during the course selection process. Reasonable opportunities will be provided to employees to select an assessment date. c) This assessment will be based on a set number of scenarios made available to Employees the first Monday in January of each year. The scenarios posted the first Monday in January will be used for the calendar year in which they are posted. d) The Association shall be given the scores for all Employees attending the Strategy and Tactics course when the scoring is complete. e) Employees will be advised of their score when their scoring is complete. Employees will receive a copy of their respective score sheet when the scoring is complete for all the attendees of the class. f) The practical Strategy and Tactics exam shall be video recorded for review by the Parties if required. g) The Association will be consulted during the initial development of the new Strategy and Tactics manual and the Strategy and Tactics courses. h) The Strategy and Tactics manual may be amended at any time. However, to ensure fair competition the course may be changed only January 1 of each year. i) Employees can only elect to take the Strategy and Tactics course in the year prior to the placement on the promotion list.   • Audit of Existing Content and Functionality By September 1, 2017, the Recipient will propose for OCR’s review and approval the identity and bona fides of an Auditor (corporation or individual) to audit all content and functionality on its website, including, but not limited to, the home page, all subordinate pages, and intranet pages and sites, to identify any online content or functionality that is inaccessible to persons with disabilities, including online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third party vendor or an open source. The Auditor will have sufficient knowledge and experience in website accessibility for people with disabilities to carry out all related tasks, including developing a Proposed Corrective Action Plan. The Audit will use the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set out above, unless the Recipient receives prior permission from OCR to use a different standard as a benchmark. During the Audit, the Recipient will also seek input from members of the public with disabilities, including parents, students, employees, and others associated with the Recipient, and other persons knowledgeable about website accessibility, regarding the accessibility of its online content and functionality.

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Country Specific Terms Appendix A contains additional terms and conditions of the Agreement applicable to Participants residing in those countries. In addition, Appendix A also contains information and notices of exchange control and certain other issues of which the Participant should be aware.
