Credit to Plan. Effective on the first day of the employees service in each school year, for each Association Member who is eligible (works 20 hours per week or more), and elects to participate in the District's Health Care Plan, the District shall credit to the account established under the Cafeteria Plan $252.00 for single health insurance participants, and $588.00 for family health insurance participants.
