Side Leave. The Board xxxx xxxxx allNon-Instractional employees one working day of sick leave for each full calendar month's work up to a total of ten (10) working days per year for any employee on a ten (10) month basis, and up to a total of twelve (12) working days for any employee on a twelve (12) month basis. In the event any employee does not use the full number of days allotted in any year, those days shah be accumulated from year to year up to a total of one hundred and sixty-five working days. In the event any employee uses more than the number of sick leave days earned in any one year, the excess shah be deducted from any days accumulated in the past but in no event shall an employee be paid for days in excess of those to which he is entitled. In addition to . himself, an employee shall be entitled to sick leave for the illness of a spouse, child, or parent.
