Crew Composition. The employment of a Transportation Systems Journeyman shall entitle the contractor to employ one (1) Transportation Systems Technician (75%) or a 7th or 8th period apprentice and two (2) apprentices. The four (4) shall constitute a crew, provided however that at least the first man is a journeyman, such a crew may perform all work on a composite basis. Each Transportation Systems Technician shall be under the direction of a journeyman. The maximum allowable ratio is one Transportation System Technician to one journeyman on each job.

Crew Composition. The crew composition shall be specified by contractor and shall be sufficient to support the entire operation. GEUS shall be notified about any change in key personnel.
Crew Composition. The contractor is required to maintain a minimum 4:1 crew ratio (four qualified flight-deck crews per aircraft), exclusive of those with Reserve or National Guard commitments, and material to enable at least 10 hours per day utilization of each aircraft. During CRAF activation, flight deck crewmembers must be US citizens eligible for a SECRET clearance. Within 15-days after requested by the CO, the contractor shall submit a list of names of the eligible crewmembers to HQ AMC/DOBF. Indigenous personnel may be used to fulfill other personnel requirements in accordance with company policy.
Crew Composition. 1. Prior to the start of the annual umpire retreat (but no later than January 15), the Office of the Commissioner shall release a list of pro- posed crew assignments for the upcoming championship season to the Union. Following the release of the list, the Office of the Commissioner shall consult with the Union and the crew chiefs about changes and amendments that either the Union or the crew chiefs may suggest to the proposed assignments. The Office of the Commissioner shall give suggested changes of the Union and the crew chiefs reasonable consider- ation.

  • Formation; Composition Within […***…] days after the Effective Date, the Parties shall establish a committee to oversee Development of Licensed Product(s) in the Territory in accordance with the Development Plan(s) for the same and to coordinate the Development activities of the Parties, and review and discuss the Development and Manufacture of Licensed Compound and Licensed Products (the “JDC”). Each Party shall initially appoint three (3) representatives to the JDC, with each representative having knowledge and expertise in the development of compounds and products similar to the Licensed Products and having sufficient seniority within the applicable Party to make decisions arising within the scope of the JDC’s responsibilities. The JDC may change its size from time to time if agreed by consensus among its members, provided that the JDC shall consist at all times of an equal number of representatives of each of Galapagos and Gilead. Each Party may replace its JDC representatives at any time upon written notice to the other Party. The JDC may invite non-members to participate in the discussions and meetings of the JDC, provided that such participants shall have no voting authority at the JDC. The JDC shall have a chairperson, who shall serve for a term of one (1) year, and who shall be selected alternately, on an annual basis, by Galapagos or Gilead. The role of the chairperson shall be to convene and preside at meetings of the JDC and to ensure the preparation of minutes, but the chairperson shall have no additional powers or rights beyond those held by the other JDC representatives.

  • Committee Composition The Redeployment Committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of representatives of the Hospital and of the Union. The number of representatives will be determined locally.
