Crew Rooms. 1. The Company shall provide a crew room at each domicile. The Company shall maintain such facilities to meet, at a minimum, the following standards: a. Clean and sanitary b. Properly heated and ventilated c. Adequate seating provided d. Adequate storage for flight bags, luggage and coats e. Access to the Company website and the crew scheduling system with printing capabilities f. Telephones in proximity to the crew room 2. Crew Rooms a. The Company will provide a quiet, comfortable room of adequate size with adequate coat racks, crew bag storage and comfortable seating in crewmember domiciles.The Company will meet and confer with the Association prior to a change in an existing crew room or the selection of a new crew room. b. A separate quiet room will be provided at domiciles where pilots are assigned to ready reserve.Comfortable furniture suitable for extended sitting and reclining will be provided for each crewmember assigned to ready reserve.

Access to the Company website and the crew scheduling system with printing capabilities. Access to other professional websites related to aviation (i.e., weather, flight planning) that are accessible without cost. f. Telephones in proximity to the crew room. 2. The recommendations of the MEC chairman or designee will be considered in determining the adequacy of any crew room. If there is a dispute as to whether a particular crew room meets the minimum standards set forth above, it shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an expedited basis directly before the System Board of Adjustment sitting with a neutral member, as the arbitration forum. The dispute shall be heard expeditiously no later than 20 days following the submission to the System Board and decided expeditiously no later than 40 days after submission, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The parties agree to abide by any arbitration award that is issued.
Crew Rooms. The employer shall continue to provide for facilities in the crew rooms, and shall discuss with the Unit Chairperson any necessary improvements. This is subject to the availability of facilities from the Airport Authority.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • KITCHEN Black Granite counter top, Stainless steel sink (17'' x 20''), glazed wall tiles up to 2 ft above black granite counter.

  • Lockers Where working conditions or weather requires regular employees to have additional clothing available at their regular point of assembly, the Employer shall provide appropriate secure individual lockers within the assembly room building.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include: 1. Dusting, damp mopping of resilient floors, trash removal, sanitizing of basins, bowls and urinals as well as cleaning of mirrors and bright work. 2. Refilling of soap, towel, tissue and sanitary dispensers to be rendered as necessary. 3. High dusting to be rendered as needed.

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)

  • Bicycles Bicycles or other vehicles shall not be permitted anywhere inside or on the sidewalks outside of the Building, except in those areas designated by Landlord for bicycle parking.

  • Porcupine Site Highway 11 and the City of Timmins Thunder Bay and District Toronto/York-Peel
