Common use of Crib/Meal Allowance Clause in Contracts

Crib/Meal Allowance. If the employee works an additions 1.5 hours overtime beyond their ordinary hours, he/she will be eligible for a $15.00 meal allowance (inclusive of crib provisions). All other cribs shall be in accordance with the Award. Travel time will not be included in calculation for this clause as only actual hours worked are to be considered. This provision has no application for employees supplied with full living away from home as accommodation with all meals provided by the employer.
