Common use of Crib/Meal Allowance Clause in Contracts

Crib/Meal Allowance. If the employee works more than 1.5 hours overtime beyond their ordinary hours, he/she will be eligible for a $15.00 meal allowance (inclusive of crib provisions). All other cribs shall be in accordance with the Award.
