Common use of Crisis Leave Clause in Contracts

Crisis Leave. (i) An employee shall be granted a leave of absence without loss of pay, but with deduction from sick leave credits, in crisis situations, which include, but are not limited to the hospitalization of family members, fire, or violence within the home.
