Critically Ill Child Care Leave. A request for Critically Ill Child Care Leave will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000, for up to thirty-seven (37) weeks. While on leave the Employer and Employee will continue to pay their respective shares of the benefit and pension premiums in which the Employee is participating during the leave. While on critically child care leave seniority and service will accrue.
