CSEA Membership. ‌ 000 Xxx Xxxxxxxx will provide a CSEA, Chapter 364 membership application in the 134 information packet provided to each new employee in the bargaining unit. CSEA shall 135 receive not less than ten (10) days’ notice of any onboarding orientation meeting held 136 between the Human Resources Department representatives and new bargaining unit 137 employees. If a bargaining unit member’s first day of work begins less than ten (10) days 138 after the date the employee is hired, the 10-day notice requirement may be reduced, and 139 the District will instead provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible of the 140 orientation meeting.

CSEA Membership. 2.2.1. The Employer must not interfere with the right of an employee to become or to remain a member in the CSEA.
CSEA Membership. District will promptly provide all newly-hired unit members with a packet of information on becoming a member of CSEA. CSEA is responsible for providing the District with information packets for this purpose. If CSEA fails to provide packets, the District is relieved of its obligation. District shall refer all employee questions about CSEA or dues over to the CSEA Labor Relations Representative. The agreement shall satisfy District’s duty to bargain effects of Xxxxx decision.

  • New Member Orientation The Employer will notify the Union of any newly represented temporary employees. The Union will be given the opportunity to have a Union representative speak with the newly represented temporary employees for not more than thirty (30) minutes to provide information about the Union and this Agreement.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.
