Cultural Competence Requirements. (A) The Contractor shall ensure the delivery of services in a culturally competent manner to all Enrollees, including those with limited English proficiency and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. (B) The Contractor shall incorporate in its policies, administration, and delivery of services the values of honoring Enrollee’s beliefs; being sensitive to cultural diversity; and promoting attitudes and interpersonal communication styles with staff and Participating Providers which respect Enrollees’ cultural backgrounds. (C) The Contractor shall xxxxxx cultural competency among its Participating Providers. Culturally competent care is care given by a Participating Provider who can communicate with the Enrollee and provide care with sensitivity, understanding, and respect for the Enrollee’s culture, background and beliefs. (D) The Contractor shall strive to ensure its Participating Providers provide culturally sensitive services to Enrollees. These services shall include but are not limited to providing training to Participating Providers regarding how to promote the benefits of dental care services as well as training about dental care attitudes, beliefs, and practices that affect access to dental care services.
Cultural Competence Requirements. (A) The Contractor shall ensure the delivery of services in a culturally competent manner to all Enrollees, including those with limited English proficiency, diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, disabilities, and regardless of gender, sexual orientation or gender identity. These methods must ensure that Enrollees have access to Covered Services that are delivered in a manner that meet their unique needs. (B) The Contractor shall develop and implement a written cultural competency plan that encourages delivery of services in a culturally competent manner to all Enrollees, including those with limited English proficiency and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The written cultural competency plan shall address the following areas: (1) overall systems issues, including the establishment of a cultural competency committee to promote cultural competency, (2) human resource development including staff recruitment and retention and Provider training; and (3) clinical issues, including treatment planning and delivery, and linguistic support. (C) The Contractor shall maintain documentation of activities conducted in accordance with the plan and submit the written plan and/or documentation of the activities to the Department upon request.

  • Performance Requirements A. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work which will be ordered under this Contract. B. The total Contract amount will not exceed $4,900,000. C. This is a Contract for work specified in individual Job Orders. Work ordered prior to but not completed by the expiration of the Contract period, and any additional work required as a result of unforeseen conditions encountered during construction up to six (6) months after the contract expiration date, will be completed with all provisions of this Contract still in force. Performance time for each Job Order issued under this Contract will be determined in accordance with the Contract. This performance time will be determined and agreed upon by both Parties for each individual Job Order. Contractor must self-perform 20% of the Work under this Contract for ‘A’ and ‘B’ licenses. Contractor must self-perform 75% of the Work under this Contract, unless otherwise approved by the County, for ‘C’ licenses. D. This is an indefinite-quantity Contract for the supplies or services specified and effective for the period stated. Work or performance shall be made only as authorized by Job Orders issued in accordance with the ordering procedures clause. The Contractor agrees to furnish to the County when and if ordered, the supplies or services specified in the Contract up to and including the quantity designated in the Job Orders issued as the maximum designated in the Contract.

  • Coverage Requirements (08/19) Contractor shall comply with the following insurance requirements:

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Service Requirement Except as otherwise provided in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement, this Option may be exercised only while you continue to provide Service to the Company or any Affiliate, and only if you have continuously provided such Service since the Grant Date of this Option.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.

  • Credentialing Requirements Registry Operator, through the facilitation of the CZDA Provider, will request each user to provide it with information sufficient to correctly identify and locate the user. Such user information will include, without limitation, company name, contact name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address and IP address.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.
