Curbside Holiday Tree Collection. The CONTRACTOR shall Collect Holiday Trees, without stands, flocking or ornamentation and in sections no greater than six (6) feet in length, that are set at the curb beside from all SFD Service Units as part of the Collection Service. The CONTRACTOR shall provide this service beginning on the first Residential Service Work Day after December 25th until January 15th.

Curbside Holiday Tree Collection. During the period beginning December 25th of 870 each Agreement Year and ending fifteen (15) Work Days thereafter, CONTRACTOR shall 871 Collect Holiday Trees and other holiday greenery from all Residential Service Units as part of 872 the Cart Organic Waste Collection Service. Such Collection shall occur on the regularly 873 scheduled Organic Waste Collection Day and shall be provided by CONTRACTOR using such 874 equipment ass is needed to facilitate and allow the Collection and removal of the Material. 875 7.06.1 Contaminated Holiday Trees. Holiday trees that are flocked or contain 876 tinsel or other decorations may be delivered to the Disposal Facility at the discretion of the 877 CONTRACTOR.
Curbside Holiday Tree Collection. Company shall operate an annual Christmas tree collection program. The program shall include, as a minimum service level, curbside collection of reasonably-sized whole trees during at least a one-week period each January, in addition to the collection of Holiday trees placed within the Organic Waste Carts and collected pursuant to ordinary Organic Waste collection procedures. The Holiday tree collection program shall target all properties in the service area.

  • Paid Holiday Bank Employees qualify in accordance with the collective agreement. The paid holidays are identified in the Collective Agreement. Credit to the paid holiday bank will occur on the date of the holiday. Drawing from the paid holiday bank will occur at an accelerated rate of 1.25 hours paid for every hour taken (i.e. 11.25 hours worked equals 14.05 hours paid; 7.5 hours worked equals 9.375 hours paid).

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

  • Holiday Overtime An employee required to work on any of the above-named holidays will be paid holiday pay plus payment for the number of hours worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) his regular straight time rate of pay.
