Current Service Summary and Five-Year Program. The Current Service Summary that was prepared in Phase 1 will be updated as necessary. If additional analysis is needed, the Team will collaborate with the City staff to determine the best methods to gather more information or documentation. The primary purpose of this effort is to capture a thorough understanding of current elements of the stormwater program and two strategies discussed in Phase I (Level of Service Low and Medium). The WSP Team will facilitate a review of the preliminary Five-Year Program developed during Phase 1 with City staff. The Five-Year Program drives the Cost of Service in Task 4.2. Major projects in the CIP and additional personnel and equipment will be discussed, as well as a schedule for program implementation across the five-year time frame. Two strategies with specific timeline analysis determines the cash-demand for user fee funding as well as key dates that impact the planning process such as other revenue streams. Finally, the Five-Year Program will be reviewed in light of any changes to the program level of service as a result of policy discussions from Task 3. Two planning options will include “all current costs” and “only new costs.” A meeting with City staff to refine details is anticipated, including participation by the internal leadership.

  • Master Contract Sales Reporting System Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
