Customer Service Representative Staffing. (a) Contractor will maintain sufficient staffing to answer and handle complaints and service requests in a timely manner made by all methods, including telephone, letters, e-mails and text messages. If staffing is deemed to be insufficient by MMBC to handle Customer complaints and service requests in a timely manner, the Contractor will increase staffing levels to address the performance deficiency. (b) Where Contractor did not provide In-Scope PPP collection services to Customers immediately prior to the Service Commencement Date, Contractor will provide additional staffing from Service Commencement Date through the end of the fourth month after the Service Commencement Date to ensure that sufficient staffing is available to minimize Customer waits and inconvenience. Contractor will receive no additional compensation for increased staffing levels during the implementation period. Staffing levels during the implementation period will be subject to prior MMBC review and approval.

If incoming telephone calls necessitate, the Contractor shall increase staffing levels as necessary to meet Customer service demands. The Contractor shall provide and publicize a telephone number capable of handling service-related text messages. The Contractor shall maintain sufficient staffing to answer and handle complaints and service requests in a timely manner made by methods other than telephone, including letters, e-mails, mobile messages or webpage messages. If staffing is deemed to be insufficient by the City to handle Customer complaints and service requests in a timely manner, the Contractor shall increase staffing levels to meet performance criteria. The Contractor shall provide additional staffing if needed during the transition and implementation period, and especially from six (6) weeks prior to the Date of Commencement of Service, through the end of the fourth month after the Date of Commencement of Service, to ensure that sufficient staffing is available to minimize Customer waits and inconvenience. The Contractor shall receive no additional compensation for such increased staffing levels during the transition and implementation period.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State unless he has a fixed base regularly available to him in the other Contracting State for the purpose of performing his activities. If he has such a fixed base, the income may be taxed in the other State but only so much of it as is attributable to that fixed base. 2. The term “professional services” includes especially independent scientific, literary, artistic, educational or teaching activities as well as the independent activities of physicians, lawyers, engineers, architects, dentists and accountants.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment exercised in the other Contracting State shall be taxable only in the first-mentioned State if: a) the recipient is present in the other State for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate 183 days in any twelve-month period commencing or ending in the tax year concerned, and b) the remuneration is paid by, or on behalf of, an employer who is not a resident of the other State, and c) the remuneration is not borne by a permanent establishment or a fixed base which the employer has in the other State. 3. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article, remuneration derived in respect of an employment exercised aboard a ship or aircraft operated in international traffic by a resident of a Contracting State, may be taxed in that State.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Contractor Representative The Contractor shall appoint a Contractor Representative fluent in English, who shall:
