Customer Solicitation. Executive will not engage in, or attempt to engage in, any business competitive with any UnitedHealth Group business with any person or entity who: (a) was a UnitedHealth Group provider or customer within the 12 months before Executive’s employment termination and (b) with whom Executive had contact to further UnitedHealth Group’s business or for whom Executive performed services, or supervised the provision of services for, during Executive’s employment.
Customer Solicitation. Unless you notify our third party call center reps or direct [Business Name] sales reps, while they are calling you, of your desire to opt out from further direct company communications and solicitations, you are agreeing to continue to receive further emails and call solicitations [Business Name] and its designated in house or third party call team(s).
Customer Solicitation. At its discretion, FGBC will provide promotional and advertising support through media, such as, but not limited to, its website, newsletters, news releases, decals, and collateral materials for Builder to promote its participation in the Program.

Customer Solicitation. DEALER shall not, solicit, induce or otherwise cause an active Commercial Subscriber to disconnect its DIRECTV Service and/or reconnect/reactivate its DIRECTV Service through a DIRECTV System purchased from DEALER; provided, however, that no general solicitation containing a general offer to acquire the DIRECTV Service shall be deemed a solicitation, inducement or other cause for a DIRECTV Service disconnection.
Customer Solicitation. Employee acknowledges that Company has devoted substantial time, effort and resources to identifying, soliciting, developing relationships with, and marketing to, a unique portfolio of customers and potential customers. Therefore, during Employee’s employment, and for a period of one year after termination of employment for any reason, Employee will not directly or indirectly: (a) cause any customer to alter its relationship with Company in a manner that may be contrary to Company’s business interests; (b) cause any potential customer to refrain from doing business with Company, or limit its business with Company; (c) divert any business or business opportunities from Company; or (d) attempt to do any of the foregoing.
Customer Solicitation. (a) B will continue to operate the sales office in Chatsworth, CA for the benefit of C.
Customer Solicitation. Executive agrees, that in the event Executive's employment terminates, regardless of the reason for said termination or the party instituting the termination, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, individually, or as partner or as agent, independent contractor, employee or stockholder of any corporation, or for any business entity of any nature, for a period of one (1) year from the termination of employment, regardless of the reason for employment termination call upon, solicit, or be solicited, or otherwise contact, service, sell to or perform any work for any Customer or prospective Customer with which the Bank had a business relationship or attempted to establish a business relationship during the twelve (12) months prior to Executive's termination, nor during such period shall Executive solicit customers or employees of the Bank or any of its affiliates to cease doing business, in whole or in part, with the Bank, or any of its affiliates. The term "Customer" as used in this subparagraph includes any person or entity conducting banking business with the Bank, and includes branches, plants, divisions, headquarters, sales offices, research centers, campuses or any other locations of the customer, its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries and individuals employed by the Customer subsequently engaged in business enterprises elsewhere.
