Daily Allowance and Lodging Allowance for Extended Travel. Travel during which a Consultant remaining at one work location for 30 days or more in any calendar year months shall be considered an extended travel assignment. The 30 days begins on the first day at the work location. The Consultant’s return home for weekends does not break the continuity of an extended travel assignment. The maximum reimbursable rate for extended travel assignments will be the lesser of actual costs of lodging (housekeeping, utilities and furniture rental), meals, and incidentals (as previously outlined above) or 60% of the maximum rate established in the U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Travel Regulation Domestic Per Diem Rates. All extended travel must be approved in advance by the Aviation Director or designee prior to Consultant committing to any extended lodging arrangement.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • REPORTING ALLOWANCE l6.0l In the event that an employee reports for work on his regular shift without having been notified not to report at least two (2) hours prior to the start of his scheduled shift, he will be given at least four (4) hours work at his regular rate of pay, or if no work is available, he will be paid the equivalent of four (4) hours at his regular rate of pay in lieu of work. This provision shall not apply when there is a lack of work due to a situation beyond the control of the Company.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Uniform Allowance Where uniforms are required, the Hospital shall either supply and launder uniforms or provide a uniform allowance of per year in a lump sum payment in the first pay period of November of each year.

  • Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses Within 10 days of this Agreement, the Bank shall eliminate from its books, by charge-off or collection, all assets or portions of assets classified “loss” in the Report of Examination that have not been previously collected in full or charged off.
