Daily Health Check. I understand that Center personnel, as required by the State licensing agency, will perform a daily health check. In the event that my child must be excluded from the Center due to health reasons, I will abide by the Center personnel’s decision and take responsibility for my child’s care. If my child becomes ill while attending classes at school, I understand that the Center cannot be responsible for my child’s care and I will follow the school procedures for sick children. I a understand, that if my child becomes ill or injured while attending any Continuing Development Inc Centers, the agency is held harmless. When requested by Center personnel, I will ensure that my child is picked up from the Center immediately (within one hour) either by an authorized family representative or myself.

Daily Health Check a. Participants must complete a health check each day prior to arrival at any VAFC field, game or training facility for an Activity to attest that they are not ill or feeling any of the COVID-19 symptoms.
Daily Health Check. All staff, families, children and their household members must conduct a check before coming into the center. Should you or any household member have any of the following COVID-19-like symptoms during the preceding 72 hours, we ask you to remain out of the center and notify the center. • Cough • Sore Throat • Muscle Aches • Difficulty Breathing • New Loss of Taste or Smell • Fever at or above the threshold temperature of 100.4° F (or would have, but for the use of fever- reducers). The threshold temperature is 100.4° F, unless a LOWER threshold temperature is imposed in the local jurisdiction or by the specific center. All staff, families, children and their household members must submit to a temperature check upon arrival at the center and must provide complete and accurate responses to the Daily Health Check. Anyone refusing to comply will not be permitted entry. The Daily Health Check questions and the temperature threshold may be updated from time to time. All symptomatic individuals, including any immune individuals, must remain out of the center, unless cleared to return. SYMPTOMS—RETURNING AFTER EXCLUSION: Consistent with our COVID-19 Policy, a symptomatic household will be required to remain out of the center for at least 10 days. There are, however, two options for a household to return earlier following an exclusion due to symptoms:

  • SAFETY & HEALTH The Employer and the IBTCoalition agree that the safety of employees and the general public is of utmost importance. Therefore, the Employer shall provide a safe work environment that is free of recognized hazards that could cause death, injury or illness.

  • Function of Joint Health and Safety Committee All incidents involving aggression or violence shall be brought to the attention of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.

  • Occupational Health & Safety Committee The parties agree to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and any other federal, provincial or municipal health and safety legislation and regulations. Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Employer agrees to accept as a member of its Occupational Health and Safety Committee, one representative selected or appointed by the Association from the bargaining unit. Such committee shall identify potential dangers and hazards, institute means of improving health and safety programs and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions relating to occupational health and safety. Meetings shall be held every third month or more frequently if mutually agreed. The Committee shall maintain minutes of all meetings and make the same available for review.

  • COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.
