SCHOOL PROCEDURES. 6.01 Each principal will provide his/her staff and the Association with that school’s published procedures at the beginning of the school year. Any change to those procedures will be made available to the staff and the Association as soon as possible. Additionally, prior to the end of September, the principal shall distribute to the support teachers to be evaluated information about evaluation which will include the evaluation form, expectations regarding observations, and the procedures to be followed. Evaluation forms shall be available online. A copy of such information shall be provided to the SHTA President.
6.02 The Board will, prior to developing plans for any new buildings or major changes to present structures, choose several support teachers, representative of those instructional areas contemplated for the proposed building or changed structure, to serve as advisers along with others with respect to the plans to be developed.
SCHOOL PROCEDURES.
A. The Building Principal will provide his/her Professional Staff Members with that school's written building procedures at the beginning of the school year.
B. Under normal circumstances, the procedure for requesting the purchase of necessary educational supplies shall be by the submission of a completed requisition form by the Professional Staff Member to the appropriate building administrator.
C. All buildings will have telephones in at least one Professional Staff Member's workroom so that the Professional Staff Members can comply with other provisions of this AGREEMENT.
SCHOOL PROCEDURES. A. The School Administration shall provide all bargaining unit members with a copy of all written procedures and policies of student discipline, hours and other policies, including updates, relating to the operation of the building in which they teach.
B. The Association President shall be given a copy of all Board Policies and Procedures currently in effect and all updates as they occur.
SCHOOL PROCEDURES. A. The School Administration shall, at the beginning of the school year, provide the professional staff members with copies of that school’s written procedures of operation.
B. Professional staff members are encouraged to attend school functions during the school year at the school at which they work. Attendance at functions at the teacher’s school demonstrates to the community and students a total commitment to the total students, both in and out of the classroom.

SCHOOL PROCEDURES. Each Principal will provide each Professional Staff Member assigned to the building with a written and/or electronic copy of that building’s Handbook, written rules, regulations and/or procedures at the beginning of the school year.

Any alterations in that school’s written procedures shall be provided by the building principal as soon as they occur. All teaching staff will be provided access to their assigned building at all times.
SCHOOL PROCEDURES. Student absences will be recorded on a daily basis in each class. Official documentation, shown in Table 1 (below) or a written parent note should be sent to school no later than the third (3rd) day upon the student’s return from the absence.
