Daily/Weekly. All work performed in excess of the regularly scheduled day/work week shall be paid the overtime rate of pay.

Daily/Weekly. The normal workday shall not be more than eight (8) hours and the normal workweek shall not be more than five (5) days totaling forty (40) hours. Local 1090 employees will work a Sunday through Saturday work week as listed below. Employees will work a five-day, 40 hour work week. Employees who are assigned to the Parks will work a schedule which includes rotating weekends on the following schedule: one (1) weekend worked in April/May; four weekends worked between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend; and one weekend worked in September/October. Weekends worked will be followed by a four-day weekend. Swaps and trades are permitted with approval by the Manager of Parks; approval will not be unreasonably denied. Wages will be equalized, if legal.
