Daily/Weekly. All work performed in excess of the regularly scheduled day/work week shall be paid the overtime rate of pay.

Weekends worked will be followed by a four-day weekend. Swaps and trades are permitted with approval by the Manager of Parks; approval will not be unreasonably denied. Wages will be equalized, if legal.

  • Month A period commencing at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of a calendar month and extending until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month. Monthly shall have the correlative meaning.

  • CONTRACT YEAR A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

The Monthly Report for a calendar month shall contain the following information with respect to the Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments included in the Assets, and shall be determined as of the close of business on the Monthly Report Determination Date for such calendar month:
