Daily/Weekly Overtime. All work performed in excess of the regular day’s work of eight (8) straight-time hours in any one (1) day, or in excess of the regular forty (40) straight-time hours in any one (1) regular workweek, or thirty-two (32) straight-time hours in any holiday week exclusive of work on the holiday, shall be deemed overtime and paid for at the overtime rate of time and one-half (1½) the employee’s regular straight-time rate of pay, or at a higher premium rate, if such is applicable.
