Damage Assessment. You will be billed for any damage(s) caused by your pet or for any extraordinary cleaning necessary after your pet’s stay. You must tender a valid credit card at check-in as payment for any damage or extraordinary cleaning costs related to your pet’s stay. By signing this agreement, you expressly authorize the Resort to charge these costs to your credit card during or after your stay.
Damage Assessment. Damage to the church property caused by the renter, any contractor, or any employee of the renter, or any person attending the event for which the church was rented, will be charged to the renter.

Damage Assessment. 1.8.7.1. If a Contractor is in default on an order, the District reserves the right to purchase the goods or services in default and charge the increase in price, if any, and cost of handling to the Contractor (the “Damage Assessment”).
1.8.7.2. Failure by Contractor to pay a Damage Assessment is cause for Contract termination, at District’s sole discretion, and/or debarment of the Contractor from the District’s Proposal list for a minimum of one year.

These teams determine if operations can be resumed or must be moved to the designated alternate site. The Assessment/Restoration Team will report their findings to the Table of Contents Recovery Team, which, in turn, regularly reports the status of the recovery to the Incident Management Team. The Incident Management Team provides the following additional support to the recovery effort: Incident Management Team communications specialists coordinate all communications to employees, their families, customers, and the news media. They are positioned at both the disaster site and the Command Center.

Upon notice of a major event seriously degrading or disabling a data center, Vendor will convene the Disaster Recovery Coordination Team to rapidly assess damage and determine whether to declare a disaster and invoke efforts to move operations to the [*]. Any damage assessment will be determined once the bus has returned to the shop and has been thoroughly cleaned. **There is a $100 cleaning surcharge for vomit incidents. Party Life, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. We ask that all renters remove any items considered of “value” from the bus upon exiting at all times.
