Damage Fee. A refundable Damage Fee of $300 is required as part of the deposit. The fee will be returned to the Renter within 4 weeks following the event less any amount needed to remedy a deficient situation. If, in the judgment of the Township Representative, damages have occurred, all or a portion of the Damage Fee will be retained.

Damage Fee. The parties agree that CASI shall have reasonable discretion in determining whether the Renter's use of the property has resulted in damage to CASI's property or has necessitated extraordinary clean- up work and the amount thereof. The amount will be billed to the Renter at cost of repair or labor, plus 25%. Payment for any damage assessed the Renter will be due immediately following the event and/or upon discovery by CASI. Failure to pay may result in a collection action against the Renter to collect said fees due, including but not limited to including but not limited to loss of deposit and any attorney fees incurred. Renter shall leave the premises broom clean.
Damage Fee. No damage to the hall, equipment or grounds (parking lot, etc.) was noted. However, if there was damage exceeding the $150.00 deposit, the person, persons, or Organization leasing the hall will be billed for the excess damages with the exception of normal wear and tear. The Lessee will be responsible for damages to the building, equipment and grounds during the term of this contract. Damages, if any, will be determined by the Hall Authority.

Additional expenses and cleaning due to smoking in the Unit or on the lanai (balcony) of the Unit, sand in unit, contraband, pets, collection of rents or services rendered during the stay or unpaid accrued charges during the stay. c. Lost or damaged linens. d. Early check-in or late check-out. e. Guest is evicted by Owner (or representative of Owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the building in which the Unit is located, the resort or property. f. Damaged property, missing property, or extensive cleaning due to Guest leaving the premises in an untidy condition. Guest acknowledges receipt of the rules of the homeowners association with their rental confirmation and agrees to abide by all said rules. Eviction or fines can be assessed and charged for each occurrence of violations that have been committed and/or tenant can be evicted immediately in which case Guest will forfeit all monies paid. In addition, all items left in the Unit may be disposed of as these are deemed as abandoned items and neither Owner nor Owner's agents are responsible for their recovery or removal.
Damage Fee. Lessee will be responsible for damages done to the facilities (to include leaving the facility, including kitchen, in an excessively dirty, unsanitary or messy condition) during the use of the lease facility for event, including the setup/teardown. Lessee shall promptly reimburse Lessor FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES (THAT DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE DOES NOT COVER) to the facilities, fixtures or equipment (including property damage and loss of use) resulting from any damages caused (either directly or indirectly) by Lessee or Lessee’s Agents, Contractors, Sub-contractors or Guests. One hour of staff time to clean the facility is included in the contract. Additional hours will be charged against the deposit. Any remaining damage deposit will be refunded within thirty (30) days after the event.
Damage Fee. If a Teammate reports that you have materially damaged the Teammate's workout equipment, you agree to pay a “Damage Fee” of up to $250 depending on the extent of the damage (as determined by Keyosei in its sole discretion), towards workout equipment repair or cleaning. Keyosei reserves the right (but is not obligated) to verify or otherwise require documentation of damages prior to processing the Damage Fee. Collected Damage Fees will be passed in their entirety to the Teammate whose equipment was damaged. • Guest Pass. In some instances, a guest pass may apply to your workout. We do not guarantee that the amount charged by Xxxxxxx will match the guest pass charged to the Teammate, if any. • Other Charges. Other fee and surcharges may apply to your workout, including: actual or anticipated gym fees, state or local fees, event fees as determined by Keyosei or its marketing partners, and processing fees for split payments. In addition, where required by law Keyosei will collect applicable taxes. These other charges are not shared with your Teammate unless expressly stated otherwise. See your market’s Keyosei Cities page for details on other Charges that may apply to your workout.

Damage Fee. By signing this Agreement, Renter agrees that any costs resulting from vandalism, theft, damage to the Cabin or park grounds or need for excessive cleaning of the Cabin or park grounds in excess of the security deposit set forth in Section C (2.) herein will be charged to the Renter’s credit card at full cost of cleaning, repair and/or current replacement, including labor and materials, removal and disposal, plus taxes and surcharges as applicable. Renter shall be responsible for actions of all guests and invitees of Renter.
