Care of Rooms. Students are required to file a Room Condition Report (RCR), provided by the Student’s Community Assistant, with the Office of Residence Life upon occupancy of such room. Students shall maintain the Unit and adjacent facilities in a clean, sanitary, and non-hazardous condition throughout the Term and return those areas to the College in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear expected. In the event the Student fails to return the Unit and adjacent facilities (i.e. conjoining or connected bathrooms) in the condition provided for herein, then Student shall pay to College on demand the reasonable cost for repairing such damages. The cost of repairing the damages to adjacent facilities may be assessed proportionately among all students residing in a residential facility or portion thereof, when appropriate. The College will charge Student for the cost to repair such damage.

Students shall maintain the Unit and adjacent facilities in a clean, sanitary, and non-hazardous condition throughout the Term and return those areas to the College in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear expected. The Student agrees not to paint or otherwise alter the condition of the premises or furnishings of the assigned space or public areas of the residential facilities. In the event the Student fails to return the Unit and adjacent facilities (i.e. conjoining or connected bathrooms) in the condition provided for herein, then Student shall owe to College the cost for repairing such damages, assessed to the student xxxx. Assigned areas in rooms and suites include the specific bedroom and all shared space. Residents are also subject to common area damage billing (hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, stairwells, etc.) as assessed by the Resident Director. Lack of cleanliness and/or excessive damage is grounds for administrative removal from residence or reassignment to a different residence.
Care of Rooms. Each student is responsible for daily room care and is expected to preserve reasonable order and cleanliness in it. Charges will be assessed against the occupant(s) of a room if custodial cleaning is required during the year or if extra cleaning is needed upon the closing of the residence halls. Residents are expected to cooperate in keeping public areas clean. For safety, sanitary, and maintenance reasons, the residence hall staff will inspect rooms periodically, through health and safety inspections.

In signing this Agreement, the Student agrees to the condition of all parts of the assigned Unit, which are notated on the online RCR by Residence Life and Housing staff.
Care of Rooms it is the resident's responsibility for the maintenance of health and safety standards of their rooms. The housekeeping (custodial) staff cleans public areas such as bathrooms, stairwells, lounges and hallways and can provide such items as toilet paper. Failure to keep the room and bathroom area clean will result in damage charges and/or disciplinary action.

  • Care of Equipment Equipment can only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with Owner’s instructions or manuals.

  • Childcare 8.1. One third credit shall be given where a teacher resigns or takes leave from the New Zealand teaching service in order to care for her/his own children provided that the teacher was a certificated teacher (or equivalent) at the time of resigning or taking leave, otherwise no credit will be given.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Health Care Operations “Health Care Operations” shall have the same meaning as the term “health care operations” in 45 CFR §164.501.

  • Covered Services You will receive Covered Services under the terms and conditions of this Contract only when the Covered Service is: • Medically Necessary; • Provided by a Participating Provider for in-network coverage; • Listed as a Covered Service; • Not in excess of any benefit limitations described in the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract; and • Received while Your Contract is in force.

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Hospice Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Hospital This plan covers behavioral health services if you are inpatient at a general or specialty hospital. See Inpatient Services in Section 3 for additional information. This plan covers services at behavioral health residential treatment facilities, which provide: • clinical treatment; • medication evaluation management; and • 24-hour on site availability of health professional staff, as required by licensing regulations. This plan covers intermediate care services, which are facility-based programs that are: • more intensive than traditional outpatient services; • less intensive than 24-hour inpatient hospital or residential treatment facility services; and • used as a step down from a higher level of care; or • used a step-up from standard care level of care. Intermediate care services include the following: • Partial Hospital Program (PHP) – PHPs are structured and medically supervised day, evening, or nighttime treatment programs providing individualized treatment plans. A PHP typically runs for five hours a day, five days per week. • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – An IOP provides substantial clinical support for patients who are either in transition from a higher level of care or at risk for admission to a higher level of care. An IOP typically runs for three hours per day, three days per week.
