Data Model Review. ‌ Xxxxxxxxx Electric will begin the Data-Modeling Workshop with a review of the data modeling process, data model principles, and the off-the-shelf data model. The team will then step through and identify necessary modifications to the data models. The following data models will be altered to support any existing data sources that City wishes to migrate forward. The team will also review and document the annotation requirements. City will prepare for the workshop by surveying all applicable data sources and being prepared to provide information about data requirements and any data sources to be migrated. Xxxxxxxxx Electric will provide a Findings Report to the City defining any modifications required to the data model. The City will be responsible making the necessary modifications. A change order will be required should the City wish Xxxxxxxxx Electric to make any modifications or update the City’s data model or schema.  Review the standard ArcGIS/ArcFM Distribution data model and schema  Provide a Findings Report with any modifications required  Update the data model as required  Marked-up Logical Data Models containing alterations identified in the workshop  Annotation definitions spreadsheet  Lead a three (3) day onsite Data-Modeling Workshop at City offices to be attended by all members of the City core team.  Provide logistics for the meeting (conf. room, projector)  Ensure attendees are invited in advance and are present during the workshop  Compile and present all necessary information regarding existing data stores.

  • Program Review The State ECEAP Office will conduct a review of each contractor’s compliance with the ECEAP Contract and ECEAP Performance Standards every four years. The review will involve ECEAP staff and parents. After the Program Review, the State ECEAP Office will provide the contractor with a Program Review report. The contractor must submit an ECEAP Corrective Action Plan for non-compliance with ECEAP Performance Standards. The Plan must be approved by the State ECEAP Office.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Design Review ‌ (a) Where so specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services) or as otherwise instructed by the City, the Supplier shall submit design-related Documentation for review by the City, and shall not proceed with work on the basis of such design Documentation until the City’s approval of such Documentation has been received in writing. (b) None of: (i) the submission of Documentation to the City by the Supplier; (ii) its examination by or on behalf of the City; or (iii) the making of any comment thereon (including any approval thereof) shall in any way relieve the Supplier of any of its obligations under this Agreement or of its duty to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and correctness of such Documentation, and its suitability to the matter to which it relates.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Summary Sales Data The Contractor shall submit quarterly sales reports directly to NASPO ValuePoint using the NASPO ValuePoint Quarterly Sales/Administrative Fee Reporting Tool found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/WNCPO/Calculator.aspx. Any/all sales made under this Master Agreement shall be reported as cumulative totals by state. Even if Contractor experiences zero sales during a calendar quarter, a report is still required. Reports shall be due no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the calendar quarter (as specified in the reporting tool).

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan The Owner has adopted Exhibit H, Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Business ("Policy"), which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor, as a provision of the Agreement must comply with the requirements of the Policy and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan submitted with Contractor's Proposal and attached as Exhibit I. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the prior written approval of the Owner in accordance with the Policy.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings
