Data Share Agreement. Grantee agrees PLTW may, as applicable, enter into a data share agreement with a grantor or designated research firm, to share data for evaluation purposes, as allowed under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) and any applicable state or federal regulations. PLTW will not share any personally identifiable information and will not use the data for commercial purposes, but PLTW may share information and/or program impact data to support its mission as related to this Grant program.
