Datos Personales. En los casos en que la Información del Cliente incluya datos personales según definidos con arreglo a la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, sobre protección de datos de carácter personal, serán de aplicación las disposiciones de la presente cláusula. El acceso por parte de Red Hat a la Información del Cliente no se tendrá por transmisión de datos, dado que dicho acceso resulta necesario con objeto de prestar los servicios contratados. Red Hat tendrá la consideración de “encargado del tratamiento de datos” en relación con la Información del Cliente a ver la ley y (i) sólo procesará la Información del Cliente de acuerdo con las instrucciones del Cliente, (ii) no utilizará la Información del Cliente con fines distintos a los acordados entre las partes, y (iii) no transmitirá ni comunicará la Información del Cliente a terceros, incluso con fines de almacenamiento. Red Hat queda expresamente autorizada a subcontratar los servicios de acuerdo con lo previsto en los términos del presente Contrato. Red Hat se compromete a adoptar las medidas de seguridad a que se refiere el artículo 9 de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 y el Real Decreto 1720/2007. Una vez prestados los servicios acordados de modo que la Información del Cliente ya no resulte necesaria para llevar a cabo las tareas en cuestión, deberá ser destruida o devuelta por Red Hat al Cliente, junto con cualesquiera documentos o soportes de medios que contengan la Información del Cliente.

  • Rights Personal The Extension Right is personal to Tenant and is not assignable without Landlord’s consent, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion separate and apart from any consent by Landlord to an assignment of Tenant’s interest in the Lease, except that they may be assigned in connection with any Permitted Assignment of this Lease.

  • Personal Business Leave Unit members shall receive a total of three (3) work days per year with no loss in salary that may be used for personal business. Unit members employed on or after February 1 shall receive one (1) work day of personal business leave. Effective July 1, 2006, unused personal business leave days may be accumulated up to no greater than five (5) days. On July 1 of each year any personal business days in excess of five (5) will be converted to sick leave days. Personal business leave may be requested, with at least three (3) work days advance notice, through the appropriate principal or department head who shall not require a reason for the leave. If, however, an unforeseen circumstance requires the member’s absence which could not be approved three days in advance, the reason for the absence shall be stated and the principal or department head may, at his/her discretion, approve the absence as a day of personal business leave. Personal business leave may be denied when, in the judgment of the principal or supervisor, the member’s absence would impair the educational process. Personal business leave shall not be taken immediately before or immediately after a holiday or weekday when school is closed on the master calendar, or on an in-service day for teachers, or at the beginning (first five scheduled work days) or the end of the school year (last five scheduled work days). If, however, a circumstance requires the member’s absence on one or more of the foregoing days, the member may request use of personal business leave through the principal. The principal or supervisor may, at his/her discretion, approve the absence as a day of personal business leave. In normal circumstances a member shall not use more than three (3) consecutive personal business days at one time. Exceptions to the foregoing restrictions on days to be used for personal business leave may be made by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for circumstances which require the member’s absence on these days.

  • Personal Belongings Tenant agrees not to leave any personal belongings (including lawn furniture) in the parking areas, common halls, sidewalks, lawn areas or other common areas of the apartment community.

  • Lessee’s Personal Property Lessee will acquire and maintain throughout the Term such Inventory as is required to operate the Leased Property in the manner contemplated by this Lease. Lessee may (and shall as provided hereinbelow), at its expense, install, affix or assemble or place on any parcels of the Land or in any of the Leased Improvements, any items of personal property (including Inventory) owned by Lessee. Lessee, at the commencement of the Term, and from time to time thereafter, shall provide Lessor with an accurate list of all such items of Lessee’s personal property (collectively, the “Lessee’s Personal Property”). Lessee may, subject to the first sentence of this Section 6.2 and the conditions set forth below, remove any of Lessee’s Personal Property set forth on such list at any time during the Term or upon the expiration or any prior termination of the Term. All of Lessee’s Personal Property, other than Inventory, not removed by Lessee within ten (10) days following the expiration or earlier termination of the Term shall be considered abandoned by Lessee and may be appropriated, sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Lessor without first giving Notice thereof to Lessee, without any payment to Lessee and without any obligation to account therefor. Lessee will, at its expense, restore the Leased Property to the condition required by Subsection 2.3(g), including repair of all damage to the Leased Property caused by the removal of Lessee’s Personal Property, whether effected by Lessee or Lessor. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, Lessor or its designee shall have the option to purchase all Inventory on hand at the Leased Property at the time of such expiration or termination for a sale price equal to the fair market value of such Inventory. Lessee may make such financing arrangements, title retention agreements, leases or other agreements with respect to Lessee’s Personal Property as it sees fit provided that Lessee first advises Lessor of any such arrangement and such arrangement expressly provides that in the event of Lessee’s default thereunder, Lessor (or its designee) may assume Lessee’s obligations and rights under such arrangement.

  • Personal Harassment Harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome. Harassment can be either psychological or physical or it can be a combination of both. It is any behaviour, whether deliberate or negligent, which denies individuals their dignity and respect, is offensive, embarrassing or humiliating to the individual and adversely affects the working environment.
