Personal Business Leave. A. Each teacher shall be granted three (3) days of personal business leave each year to conduct personal business that must be conducted at times that school is in session. Each day shall be granted with the teacher receiving his/her full contract salary. (Rev: 2007)
Personal Business Leave. 12.9.1 Each employee shall be entitled to one (1) day in total of paid leave annually for the purpose of conducting personal business. Leave under this section shall be granted when the employee notifies his/her supervisor in writing forty-eight hours in advance and may not be taken in increments smaller than 50% of the total day.
Personal Business Leave. A. An employee shall be granted one (1) day leave of absence each year for necessary personal business without loss of pay. If unused, such personal business leave shall be accumulated as sick leave, but not subject to annual sick leave conversion.
Personal Business Leave. A. Each teacher shall be provided five (5) days of leave to conduct personal business that demands the teacher’s presence at a time that school is in session. The first three (3) days used shall be paid by the school district. The cost of the substitute teacher’s pay shall be deducted from the teacher’s salary for the fourth (4th) and fifth (5th) days used. If any of the first three (3) days are not used, those days will be added to the teacher’s accumulated sick leave.
Personal Business Leave. Up to four (4) days may be stipulated as personal business leave days. Personal business leave is provided for personal business of a nonprofit nature that cannot be taken care of outside of working hours. Personal business leave days shall not be allowed immediately prior to or immediately following a scheduled holiday or vacation day except in special cases with the approval of the Faculty member’s appropriate Divisional Head.

Personal Business Leave. A regular full-time employee shall be granted three (3) days of non-cumulative personal business leave with pay to be used each year. Personal business leave is available only when the employee cannot attend to necessary personal business on non-working hours. Personal business leave days are calculated on a fiscal year basis (July 1 to June 30). Personal business leave shall be taken in no less than one (1) hour increments, effective January 3, 2022. An employee requesting personal business leave must provide three (3) work days (Monday through Friday) prior notice and have the advance approval of their supervisor except in an emergency when such approval shall be requested as soon as possible thereafter. Personal business leave will not be granted for the work day immediately before or after a holiday, vacation, or sick leave. Nor shall personal business leave be allowed during an employee's first six-months of her/his probationary period or during the last two (2) weeks of employment. Personal business leave days which are unused each year shall be added to the employee’s accumulated sick leave.

No more than five (5) days of personal business leave may be used in any school year. No more than three (3) personal business leave days may be used consecutively.
Personal Business Leave. 1. The Board shall provide each Teacher signing their first four (4) contracts with the Board with three (3) days of paid personal business leave during the school year. In the event a Teacher teaches less than a full school year for any reason, including but not limited to resignation, termination, or the length of their contract, the Board shall prorate this paid personal business leave as follows: days paid divided by one hundred eighty-three (183) multiplied by three (3) rounded to the nearest one-half (1/2) day.
Personal Business Leave. A. After an employee has satisfactorily completed ninety (90) days of work as a regular employee the employee is entitled to two (2) days per year (prorated for employees working less than a full year) for personal business. Unused personal business days may accumulate to four (4) days. Personal business days accumulating in excess of four (4) days shall be transferred to accumulated sick leave.
