DAY WORKER. worker is an employee who is normally required to work eight (8) hours per day exclusive of a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period from Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. inclusive but may, under certain conditions, be rescheduled for three (3) or more consecutive tours of night duty. Job titles of day workers are as identified in the Index of Job Titles attached hereto.
