Normal Maintenance. Except as otherwise set forth in the CSU Existing Occupancy Agreement, Section 3.2, or the CSU New Lease, the City shall maintain the CSU Property consistent with its present condition, except for ordinary wear and tear, and in accordance with the same standards that the City has customarily observed in its ownership and management of the Real Property.

Normal Maintenance. The COUNTY shall be responsible for all maintenance of the trails and the PROPERTY surrounding the trails including but not limited to such activities as the removal of limbs, clearing of leaves brush, and other natural debris from the trails, picking up litter, trail maintenance, maintenance of signage and trail markings. Normal maintenance also includes clearing of brush or invasive species limited to less than one (1) acre in size. COUNTY may conduct normal trail maintenance on the PROPERTY without prior notification. The COUNTY shall notify the UNIVERSITY of any maintenance beyond what is considered normal trail maintenance at least 24 hours prior to the maintenance taking place. The COUNTY may designate normal maintenance tasks to volunteers, as allowed within policies established by UNIVERSITY Risk Management. These volunteers shall not be considered Contractors and are not required to have or maintain the levels of insurance set forth in paragraphs nineteen (19) and twenty (20) of this Agreement.

Normal Maintenance. Normal Maintenance shall refer to: (i) upgrades of hardware or software; (ii) preventative and necessary maintenance (such as upgrading power supplies), or (iii) upgrades to increase capacity. Normal Maintenance while being conducted may degrade the quality of services provided which may include a disruption of the services; provided, however, that a disruption related to Normal Maintenance shall not be deemed to be an Outage. Normal Maintenance shall be undertaken at a time mutually negotiated and agreed upon by Customer and 5NINES during implementation. For maintenance not covered under mutually agreed upon Normal Maintenance hours, 5NINES shall provide two (2) days prior notice.
Normal Maintenance. (a) From the date of purchase of the Allotment, until the completion of all Works, the Buyer shall: (a) Maintain the appearance of the Allotment (including the area of land between the boundary of the Allotment and the kerb line) by slashing/mowing as required to maintain a neat and tidy appearance. (b) Maintain the Allotment in good, tidy appearance and free of rubbish or garbage, including by attending on site personally or via a contractor, employee or agent at least as frequently as the Allotment must be mown / slashed. (c) Maintain the appearance of the Allotment by not dumping, storing or leaving on the Allotment any spoil, building or other materials other than in the course of construction.

Normal Maintenance. WNMU will use reasonable efforts to provide Normal Maintenance and Urgent Maintenance only during the “maintenance window” set forth below. WNMU anticipates that Normal Maintenance will rarely affect service availability. WNMU will use reasonable efforts to notify PSFA of any Normal Maintenance which may affect service availability. Enhancements and changes that require a service outage are scheduled and communicated at least two weeks in advance. Urgent Maintenance may be required from time to time. WNMU will make the judgment for when to apply Urgent Maintenance and provide reasonable effort of prior communication with as much time as possible to PSFA. Every Tuesday and Thursday of the week from 05:00a.m. to 07:00a.m.
Normal Maintenance. Rockbottom Rentals or its authorized agent will be the exclusive source to maintain the Equipment and will maintain the Equipment in operational condition. Customer will deliver the Equipment to Rockbottom Rentals or its agent for maintenance and Customer will pay all costs for shipment to Rockbottom Rentals or its agent and shall be liable for any loss or damage during transportation except if due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Rockbottom Rentals. Rockbottom Rentals or its agent will return the equipment to the Customer and Rockbottom Rentals shall be liable for any loss or damage during transportation. When available, and requested by the Customer, maintenance may be effected at the Customers location, in which case Customer will pay for the transportation and labor costs of Rockbottom Rentals or its authorized agent’s in accordance with the standard rates in effect. Such maintenance will be provided without charge to Customer to malfunctions and failures due to manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. Maintenance required for other malfunctions and failure or damage such as caused by improper power source, abuse, accident, improper operation or abnormal conditions of operation is covered under Section 7.2. Malfunction or failure of operation covered by this section will entitle the Customer to a reduction in rental charges on a pro-rated basis for a period commencing on the day the malfunction or failure is reported to Rockbottom Rentals in sufficient detail to enable Rockbottom Rentals or its agent to commence necessary repairs and ending on serviceable condition. In no event will Rockbottom Rentals or Customer be liable for any loss of profits, indirect, consequential or other damages resulting from any failure of the Equipment. The Customer will not open the Equipment electronics enclosure housing, alter or repair or permit the alteration or repair of the Equipment, or make any attachments thereto, without the prior written approval of Rockbottom Rentals.
Normal Maintenance. 5.1. Maintenance service as recommended in the Vehicle’s Maintenance Manual can be performed by any qualified service outlet. However, we recommend that all maintenance service work be performed by Authorized Dealers who have the factory-trained technicians, tools, diagnostic instruments, and service reference literature necessary to perform the recommended maintenance correctly and systematically. 5.2. The Owner’s Manual and Service Information Booklet include specific recommendations regarding the use, operations, and maintenance of the Vehicle. You must follow correct Vehicle operating procedures and have Your Vehicle serviced as recommended by the manufacturer during the Term of this Agreement. Mercedes-Benz reserves the right to deny a claim for failure to complete normal maintenance as described in Section 5. 0.0. Xxxxxxxx and polishing, lubrication, filters, engine tune-up, replacing wiper blades or wiper rubber inserts, brake pads, sensors and rotors/discs, clutch discs, pressure plates, and function checks of relevant batteries and other electric-driven vehicle components are some of the normal maintenance services the Vehicle requires and are not covered by this Agreement. See Service Information Booklet for details. 5.4. If requested, proof of required service, including receipts showing date and mileage of the Vehicle at the time of service, must be presented before any repairs under this Agreement commence. 5.5. This Agreement and/or the Service Information Booklet must be available for review by the repair facility. Failure to provide maintenance records may result in the denial of claims. 5.6. This Agreement does not provide coverage for any part or system damaged as a result of improper maintenance or lack of maintenance. 5.7. MBUSA’s retention of broken parts, for inspection or other use, may be required for any repair work.
