Days of Rest Rescheduled. When an employee's days of rest are rescheduled within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled days of rest, he/she shall be paid double time for the hours worked on the originally scheduled days of rest. This Clause shall not apply if the days of rest are changed at the request of the employee.

  • Days of Rest An employee shall be granted two (2) consecutive days of rest during each seven (7) day period unless operational requirements do not so permit.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Review Periods Owner shall have up to ten (10) Business Days from its receipt of the documents listed in Sections 1.3 and 1.4 above, to issue to Contractor written comments on such documents, Drawings and Specifications. The Owner’s approval rights only apply to documents listed in Section 1.3. In the event that Owner disapproves the Drawings or Specifications, Owner shall provide Contractor with a written statement of the reasons for such rejection within the time period required for Owner’s response, and Contractor shall provide Owner with agreed to revised and corrected Drawings and Specifications as soon as possible thereafter.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Lunch Periods 3.6.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period, which shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about mid-point of each work shift. If time variations to this schedule need to be established, the wishes of the affected employees and the efficient operation of the District shall be the criteria used to establish such variation.

  • Waiting Periods for Coverage There is a two (2) day Waiting Period per Pet before We will cover an Injury. There is a three hundred and sixty-five (365) day Waiting Period per Pet before We will cover a Pre-existing Condition. Waiting Periods are waived for subsequent renewals and add-on coverage from a preceding Policy year provided You maintain an active Policy, with no gap in coverage, annually renewed and continuously in-force.

  • Rescheduling of Tests If the Independent Engineer certifies to the Authority and the Concessionaire that it is unable to issue the Completion Certificate or Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, because of events or circumstances on account of which the Tests could not be held or had to be suspended, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to re-schedule the Tests and hold the same as soon as reasonably practicable.

  • Period of Retention All books, records, reports, and statements relevant to this Contract must be retained a minimum three years and for five years if any federal funds are used under this Contract. The retention period runs from the date of payment for the relevant goods or services by the City, or from the date of termination of this Contract, whichever is later. Retention time shall be extended when an audit is scheduled or in progress for a period reasonably necessary to complete an audit and/or to complete any administrative and judicial litigation which may ensue.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Rest Interval An employee required to work overtime beyond her regularly scheduled shift shall be entitled to eight (8) clear hours between the end of the overtime worked and the start of her next regular shift. If eight (8) clear hours are not provided, overtime rates shall apply to all hours worked on the regular shift which fall within the eight (8) hour period.
