Scheduled Days of Rest. As a norm, employees shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive days of rest each week except where schedule changes or shift rotation occur resulting in one (1) day of rest at the time of the change.

Scheduled Days of Rest. Hours worked on the first scheduled day of rest shall be paid for at time- and-one-half (1 1/2) the regular rate for all hours worked up to the regular day full time hours and double (2X) the regular rate thereafter. All hours worked on the second or subsequent consecutive scheduled day(s) of rest shall be paid for at double (2X) the regular rate.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Rostered Days Off 36.1 The ordinary working hours shall be worked in a 10 day/2 week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive with eight hours worked on each of nine days within the cycle and with 0.8 of an hour on each of those days accruing toward the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off. The tenth day will be known as the Rostered Day Off or (RDO).
