Daytime Serial Cooperative Committee. The parties agree to establish a Daytime Serial Cooperative Committee to discuss creative matters and production problems concerning daytime serial programming. The parties will invite, and make good faith efforts to encourage and induce, the companies producing daytime serials, including but not limited to Xxxx-Xxxxxxxx TV Productions, Inc.; CPT Holdings, Inc; Xxxxxx Productions, Inc; Sunset Beach Productions, Inc.; Capital Cities/ABC, Inc.; D’Arcy Xxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx and Televest Daytime, Inc., to participate in the Cooperative Committee. The Committee shall include Directors of daytime serials and the Employers’ production executives who are above the line producer and executive producer and have responsibility for overseeing the production and quality of the show. The Committee shall meet once in New York in the first year of the Agreement and once in Los Angeles in the third year of the Agreement. The Code of Preferred Practices shall be published after the next meeting of the Daytime Serial Cooperative Committee.

In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Joint Consultative Committee 46.1 The parties recognise the need for effective communication to improve the business/operational performance and working environment in agencies.

  • Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.
