Debt Incurred Without a Card. If a Cardholder incurs Debt using the Card number only, such as for a Purchase using the Internet, the legal effect is the same as if the Cardholder had used the Card and signed a sales draft or receipt or entered the PIN.

Debt Incurred Without a Card. If I or my Associate incur Debt without having presented a Card to a merchant (such as for a mail order, telephone or internet purchases), the legal effect will be the same as if I or my Associate used a Card and signed a Purchase or Cash Advance draft.

  • Time Off Without Pay (a) Time spent in the transaction of business which is unrelated to the functioning of the University such as time spent at the Union's International or Local Officer.

  • Drawings Submitted With Bid When the Bid Specifications require the Bidder to furnish drawings and/or plans, such drawings and/or plans shall conform to the mandates of the Bid Documents and shall, when approved by the Commissioner, be considered a part of the Bid and of any resulting Contract.   • Suspension Without Pay If Employee is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Employer's affairs by a notice served under Section 8(e)(3) or (g)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the Employer's obligations under this Agreement will be suspended as of the date of service thereof, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in such notice are dismissed, the Employer may in its discretion:

  • Termination Without Default TFC may, at its sole option and discretion, terminate this Contract at any time, for any reason whatsoever, in whole or in part, by giving written notice (the “Notice of Termination”) to Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of termination or reduction in the scope of work. In the event of termination by TFC under this subsection, Contractor shall be governed by the terms and conditions, and shall perform the acts outlined in the following Section 2.3(c) below.

  • Authorized Leave Without Pay A. Agency/Departmental Leave‌ A regular, limited-term or probationary employee may request an agency/departmental leave without pay for a period of time not to exceed fifteen (15) calendar days. The granting of such Leave shall be at the discretion of the agency/department, except in cases where Official Leave has been authorized pursuant to B.4., B.5. and Sections 10, 11.A. and 14, below. The agency/department head may require that all accumulated compensatory leave time be used prior to granting of agency/departmental leave. The use of earned vacation or annual leave prior to the obtaining of agency/departmental leave shall be at the option of the employee.

  • Termination without Notice The Employer may terminate an Employee’s employment without notice if the Employee engages in serious misconduct.

  • Complete Work without Extra Cost Except to the extent otherwise specifically stated in this contract, the Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the City, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform the Work.

  • Leave Without Pay An employee shall not be entitled to payment for a public holiday falling during a period of leave without pay (including sick leave and military leave without pay) unless the employee has worked during the fortnight ending on the day on which the holiday is observed.

  • Parental Leave Without Pay (a) Where an employee has or will have the actual care and custody of a new-born child (including the new-born child of a common-law partner), the employee shall, upon request, be granted parental leave without pay for a single period of up to thirty-seven (37) consecutive weeks in the fifty-two (52) week period beginning on the day on which the child is born or the day on which the child comes into the employee’s care.

  • Compensatory Time Cash Out All compensatory time must be used by June 30th of each year. If compensatory time balances are not scheduled to be used by the employee by April of each year, the supervisor will contact the employee to review their schedule. The employee’s compensatory time balance will be cashed out every June 30th or when the employee:
