Common use of Declared Holidays Clause in Contracts

Every day declared by the President, the Governor, the County Superintendent of Schools, or the Governing Board as a day of public fast, Thanksgiving, or holiday requiring the closing of the facilities, shall be additional holidays provided that the President, or the Governor also make such dates paid holidays for federal and state employees.
