Overpayment of Wages (a) Where the employee has been overpaid all or part of their pay on any occasion they, or the employer, should raise the error immediately.
Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.
Individual Charge for Parking i. The Contractor shall provide up to twenty (20) parking passes to the Attendees during the Program Dates at the rate of $@@.@@ for each pass. Contractor’s Liability If the Contractor fails to comply with any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, and that failure results in a site or worker contamination, the Contractor will be held solely responsible for all costs involved in any required corrective actions, and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the District, pursuant to the indemnification provisions of the Contract, for all damages and other claims arising therefrom. If lead disturbance is anticipated in the Work, only persons with appropriate accreditation, registrations, licenses, and training shall conduct this Work. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to properly dispose of any and all waste products, including, but not limited to, paint chips, any collected residue, or any other visual material that may occur from the prepping of any painted surface. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide the proper disposal of any hazardous waste by a certified hazardous waste hauler. This company shall be registered with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and shall be able to issue a current manifest number upon transporting any hazardous material from any school site within the District. The Contractor shall provide the District with any sample results prior to beginning Work, during the Work, and after the completion of the Work. Work Out of Classification a. When an employee is assigned, in writing, by the Department for a limited time period to perform the major distinguishing duties of a position at a higher level classification for five (5) consecutive workdays, that employee shall be paid at the first step in the assigned classification or five percent (5%) more than the employee's current rate of pay, whichever is greater. When such assignments are made to work out of classification for five (5) consecutive workdays, the employee shall be compensated for all hours worked beginning from the first day of the assignment and for the full period of that particular assignment.

WORKING DUES 6.1 The hourly working dues shall be calculated at two percent (2%) of the Principal Operator hourly wage rate and shall be deducted from each employee covered by this Agreement for each hour for which wages are payable. Separate Accounting Our policies may permit separate accounting to be applied to your Xxxx XXX for the benefit of your beneficiaries.
