Deductible Sources of Income. Income from particular sources, listed in Section 7.11, which a Participant receives, or is eligible to receive, while under a Disability and which reduces the Participant’s benefit under this Plan, so that the sum of the Participant’s Monthly Benefit plus the amount of the Deductible Sources of Income is equal to 60% of the Participant’s Pre-Disability Earnings. The amount of Deductible Sources of Income shall not include the portion, if any, of any retirement benefits funded by the Participant’s after-tax contributions.

  • Sick Leave Without Pay Sick leave without pay shall be granted to an employee who does not qualify for sick leave with pay, or who is unable to return to work at the termination of the period for which sick leave with pay is granted.

  • Leave Without Pay An employee shall not be entitled to payment for a public holiday falling during a period of leave without pay (including sick leave and military leave without pay) unless the employee has worked during the fortnight ending on the day on which the holiday is observed.

  • No Layoff to Compensate for Overtime Employees shall not be required to layoff during regular hours to equalize any overtime worked.

  • Integration with Other Disability Income In the event a totally disabled employee is entitled to any other income as a result of the same accident, sickness, mental or nervous disorder that caused him/her to be eligible to receive benefits from this Plan, the benefits from this Plan will be reduced by one hundred percent (100%) of such other disability income. Other disability income shall include, but not necessarily be limited to:
