DEDUCTIONS FROM EARNINGS. (1) Unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement or the Main Agreement, no deductions or set-off of any description, shall be made from the earnings that an employee would normally be entitled to receive other than the following:

DEDUCTIONS FROM EARNINGS. (1) No employee shall be required as part of his contract of employment to board and/or lodge with his employer or at any place nominated by the employer or to purchase any goods from the employer;

The Company will deduct f rom his wages and turn over to the Union, the Union Membership Dues of each employee who individually and voluntarily authorized the Company in writing to make such deductions.
