DEFINE PHASE. The Define Phase will consist of the following tasks and Deliverables:

DEFINE PHASE. During the Define Phase, CMC will provide blueprints to Customer that set forth best practices associated with the Business Processes to be implemented (“Blueprints”). During the Define Phase of the implementation, CMC will provide support for the following activities and deliverables. Prior to the start of define phase, Customer will identify a System Administrator who will participate in all activities with CMC and will be responsible for configuration, security, and system maintenance moving forward. Customer will accept Deliverables as provided in this SOW. Once accepted, such Deliverables must be maintained by Customer. Activities Deliverables/Actions • Business Process Blueprinting • CMC and Customer will identify and document Customer processes as a result of the implementation of the Business Processes • CMC will educate Customer on best practice process flows associated with the Business Processes • Deviations identified by CMC during the Business Process Blueprinting Sessions will be documented and evaluated for impact. The impact analysis will be presented to Customer in the form of a course of action document that will include recommendations related to cost, schedule, and performance implications. • CMC will document strategies and assessments for the following (only strategies defined in this SOW will be implemented): • Business Process Blueprints, including course of action document • Business Process Overview and Portfolio Matrix • Technical and Integration Strategy and Assessment DocumentData Migration Strategy and Assessment Document • Technical and Integration Strategy • Data Migration Strategy (identify data to be converted vs manually entered)

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
