Common use of Definition of Location and Location Expenses Clause in Contracts

Definition of Location and Location Expenses. for the purposes of this Agreement, the following definition of “location” shall apply: i) The ‘A’ London “Local” location is considered to be any point within the combined radius of 20 km from the geographical centers of the cities of London and St. Xxxxxx. ii) The ‘A’ Wingham “Local” location is considered to be any point falling within the “A Pattern” of the Channel 8 (Formosa transmitter) RF field. iii) The ‘A’ Windsor “Local” location is defined as any point falling within the “A Pattern” of the Channel 60 (Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Place transmitter) RF field. iv) News bureau associated with ‘A’ London/ ‘A’ Windsor/ ‘A’ Wingham shall define “Local” location as any point falling within a 25 km radius of their place of business. v) “Out-of-town” location shall be any point beyond the limits defined as “Local” location.
