Definition of Ordinary Pay. The definition of Ordinary pay where it appears in any legislation shall be substituted by the following definition: "Ordinary Pay - In relation to any employee means remuneration for the employees weekly number of hours of work calculated at the ordinary time rate of pay and where the employee is provided with board or lodgings by the Employer, includes the cash value of that board or lodging."

Definition of Ordinary Pay. For the purposes of payment of annual leave, an Employee’s Ordinary Pay means remuneration for the Employee’s normal weekly number of hours of work calculated at the Ordinary Rate of Pay and in addition will include: (a) aviation allowance; and (b) penalty rates paid for shiftwork or rostered ordinary hours of work on Saturday and/or Sunday.
