Termination of Work Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, each of the parties shall be entitled at any time to terminate the Marine Spill Response Services, or any portion thereof, being provided under this Agreement in any given case by giving notice to the other. Upon such notice being provided, Western Canada Marine Response shall cease to provide the Marine Spill Response Services or any portion thereof, and shall carry out any required demobilization activities, and Owner shall pay all outstanding Western Canada Marine Response Fees and Taxes.
Cessation of Work Any one or all employees working in the immediate proximity when a fatal accident has occurred may without discrimination refrain from working the balance of the shift.
Definition of Grievance A grievance shall be defined as any difference arising out of the interpretation, application, administration, or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement.
Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:
