Definitions of Seniority. a. In this Article, “seniority” means an employee’s length of continuous service since the effective date of appointment to a continuing contract. Continuous service shall include periods of authorized leave as defined in Article C.2.6.g, and previous employment pursuant to Article C.2.6.
