Delivery and Retrieval. You will take delivery of the Equipment at a Xxxxxxx location and return it to a Xxxxxxx location at the end of the Term, subject to any extension approved by us in writing. Upon your request, and for an additional charge to be agreed, we will deliver and/or retrieve the Equipment to/from the location specified on the Face Pages. You agree to provide our personnel with reasonable access to the Site at all times and agree to refrain from interfering with our delivery and/or retrieval of the Equipment. If lawful entry to the Site is impossible at the time agreed upon for delivery or retrieval, you agree to pay the full amount of the delivery / retrieval charge for such attempt, plus any additional Rent incurred.

Delivery and Retrieval. I understand that if my artwork is approved, my work is to arrive at the RISE office in Xxxxx Xxxx, Room 245 by 4PM on March 29, 2024 and will remain under the supervision of RISE until April 29th. If I do not pick my work up by 4PM on May 3, 2024, I will not hold RISE accountable for the safe keeping of my work. You may pick up your artwork from the RISE office during regular business hours from 8:00 AM April 29 - 4 PM May 3.
Delivery and Retrieval. Xxxxxxxxx charges $ per hour, with a combined two-hour minimum, to deliver and retrieve a Sauna. Renter shall provide uninhibited access and a clean and level installation site as outlined under site preparation definitions, below, for the delivery and installation and retrieval of the Sauna. If the access from the nearest public road to the installation site (Site) or the Site do not conform with the Sight Specifications set out below, Xxxxxxxxx shall cancel the delivery and retain the full rental and delivery fees but return the Security Deposit to Renter via U.S. Mail within a reasonable time.
