Delivery Materials. For each Sub-Licensed AV Work which has not previously been delivered to GTV, Gaiam Brand will deliver the Delivery Materials (as defined and detailed on Schedule B annexed hereto) to GTV, at GTV’s expense, promptly following the date on which the SVOD Rights in such Sub-Licensed AV Work are first available for exploitation. Notwithstanding the foregoing or Schedule B annexed hereto, Gaiam Brand and GTV may, in the future, mutually agree to revise the Delivery Materials to be delivered by Gaiam Brand for Sub-Licensed AV Works, taking into account then-current industry standards.

All non-film materials not originally in English (including foreign language publicity materials) are to be provided along with an English translation.

Delivery Materials. The Delivery Materials consist of the following Initial Materials and Additional Materials:

The Owner shall, not later than the date of signature of this agreement, supply to the Producer at the Owner's cost: where no programmes have been previously produced based on the Format: a [Treatment OR production bible] providing a full description of and design details of the Format including without limitation details of staging, setting, lighting design, music, game or competition rules, judging and voting mechanism if appropriate and prizes, branding, artwork and know-how; and copies of all digitally held artwork and any other publicity and marketing material in any medium in its possession which relates to the Format. where programmes have previously been produced based on the Format: a production bible providing a full description of and design details of the Format including without limitation details of staging, setting, lighting design, music, game/competition rules, judging and voting mechanism if appropriate and prizes, branding, artwork, know-how; copies of all digitally held artwork and any other publicity and marketing material in any medium in its possession which relates to the Format; at least one broadcast-quality episode of the Programme in [SPECIFY MEDIA FORMAT]; all available information and data relating to viewing figures, market research, demographic statistics and audience feedback where available; a reasonable number of any brochures/one-sheets produced previously, together with any digitally held artwork for them; and all other relevant marketing material and information relating to the presence of the Format on online community sites and pages.
Delivery Materials. For (i) each Existing Owned AV Work which has not been delivered to GTV prior to the date hereof and (ii) each New Owned AV Work where GTV acquires the SVOD Rights, Gaiam Brand will deliver the Delivery Materials (as defined and detailed on Schedule A annexed hereto) to GTV, at GTV’s expense, promptly following the date on which the SVOD Rights in such audiovisual work are first available for exploitation. Notwithstanding the foregoing or Schedule A annexed hereto, Gaiam Brand and GTV may, in the future, mutually agree to revise the Delivery Materials to be delivered by Gaiam Brand for New Owned AV Works, taking into account then-current industry standards.
Delivery Materials. For each month of the Term, PEGI will provide MTG with a program schedule, which will identify each New Program, each Encore Program, each interstitial and each promo that is to be transmitted each day. PEGI will also provide MTG with one NTSC Betacam copy of each program, interstitial and promo, and MTG will then be responsible for the assembly of a given day's broadcast from these materials. The cost of shipping these materials from Los Angeles will be borne by MTG. During the first month of each Year of the Term, PEGI also will provide to MTG one NTSC Betacam copy of each of the *** Movies for such Year.
