Master’s. The maximum number of total credit hours recognized for additional salary payment above a Master's degree, shall not exceed 39; provided however, the last 3 credit hours must have been earned after the second semester of 2006-07 and are from a list of courses specifically approved by the Superintendent (or designee).
Master’s. The following personnel will be eligible for placement on the Master’s column of the salary schedule:
(a) Certificated/licensed personnel holding a master’s degree or equivalent as outlined in the Ohio Career-Technical Certification/Licensure Laws and Regulations.
(b) Career-technical certificated/licensed teachers who were issued a Career-technical teaching certificate/ license prior to obtaining a bachelors degree who hold a professional certificate/license and have completed the requirements for a bachelor’s degree.
Master’s. Employees will be paid at this rate if they have been accepted as fully qualified Master’s students by the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research, or if they hold Master’s degrees.
Master’s. A master's degree earned at an accredited college or university.
Master’s. Up to 12 graduate credits taken prior to enrolling in the ASU master’s program may also be applied toward non-core credits in the ASU master’s program if: the partner’s master’s degree is not issued until after the student completes their studies at ASU. ASU cannot use credits from a degree already-conferred; the course credits meet all requirements for approval by ASU Graduate College.
Master’s. Revenue earned by Seller in connection with the sale and exploitation of the Masters in the Portfolio, if applicable, will be paid at the Percentage Interest and for the applicable Revenue Sources (e.g., Streaming) as set forth in Schedule A. Sales shall be determined by reference to the royalty statements from the royalties credited to Seller by Distributor, Artist or other third party for the applicable calendar quarter or bi-yearly, which shall be conclusive and binding upon the Parties, absent manifest error.
Master’s. Each Party and, by submitting an Enrollment Form and Release, each Enrolled Claimant and Principal Responsible Attorney, agree that authority over the process contemplated by the Settlement Program, including any Claims submitted under the Settlement Program, resides with those Persons appointed pursuant to this Agreement to exercise that authority, as such authority is specified in this Agreement, and that the Claims Administrator, Claims Processor and Special Masters in making the determinations with respect to claims submitted to the Settlement Program do so with the authority of Arbitrators under the Federal Arbitration Act and their decisions, except as subject to review under the Agreement, are final, binding, and Non-Appealable, including to any court of law. Nothing in Article 13 shall be interpreted to provide an Enrolled Claimant with any rights outside of the Settlement Agreement unless specifically set forth in this document.

Master’s. 1. To be eligible to play in any Masters grade, each player must be aged thirty-five (35) years or over as of the first (1st) January in that year.
2. Each Masters team will be permitted a maximum of up to two (2) players aged thirty-three (33) years or over as of the first (1st) January in that year, with written application to the Director of Masters.
3. Players playing in the Masters Competition are also eligible to play in the grade competition in the same week of a fixture.
