Delivery of Artwork. Channel America will take constructive delivery of the Artwork by accepting delivery of the keys to the warehouse in Minnesota where the Artwork is currently located.
Delivery of Artwork. Exhibitors are responsible for delivery and pick up of all materials and artwork for the exhibit and assume all costs and risks of shipping. Artwork drop-off and installation must be done during library hours only. Library staff have final decision on all aspects of installation. The library is not able to store loaned materials before or after the dates of installation and exhibition. Insurance of loaned materials is scheduled to begin and end on the dates specified in the exhibition agreement. Exhibitors are expected to be prompt in their delivery and retrieval of loaned materials.
Delivery of Artwork. Sold Artwork will be provided to the Gallery within 48 hours of sale and will be packaged and shipped by the Gallery unless otherwise noted here. Gallery will ship the work within 48 hours of receipt.
Delivery of Artwork. ARTIST shall deliver the completed ARTWORK to or at another destination within the City of Mountain View to be selected by CITY. Delivery and installation shall be completed no later than . ARTIST shall coordinate delivery and installation with CITY.
Delivery of Artwork. Artist will deliver Artwork to Gather in excellent condition (i.e., clean, dust-free glass, undamaged frames, hanging wires on the back of framed work, etc.).
Delivery of Artwork. All artwork to be delivered to Bridport Arts Centre on 18/19 November 2021. Installation: Work(s) will be installed in the Allsop Gallery 20-23 November 2021. Exhibition runs from 24 November to 22 December 2021. Gallery opening times 10am – 4pm Tuesday to Saturday between these dates. Gallery is closed on Sundays and closed to the public on Mondays. Occasionally events may be happening in the space that restricts public access. Bridport Arts Centre reserves the right to allow this without warning but will always try to inform the artists. Invigilation: Crafted has its own Curator, and Bridport Arts Centre will supply stewards to invigilate the exhibition. Delivery and Return of Work All work accepted for the Gifted selling exhibition must arrive ready to install. Works not gallery- ready, or not exhibiting good craftsmanship, may be omitted from the exhibition. Accepted work that differs significantly from the entry images or suffers from poor presentation will be returned. Work may be hand delivered or shipped. Shipped works must be sent in an easily reusable container/packaging with return shipping prepaid. Any works not sold will be returned in the same manner as delivered. Accepted work will remain on display until sold, or until the end of the exhibition, whichever is latest. Works not claimed within 30 days of the end of the exhibition will become the property of Bridport Arts Centre. Artists to provide a supply of extra artwork to replace exhibited work if a piece is sold and removed straight away. This does not apply to larger, one-off works.
