Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. Each Lessee shall, from time to time upon the Lessor’s or the Trustee’s reasonable request, deliver to the Lessor and the Trustee copies of documentation evidencing all insurance required by this Section 5.1.2 that is then in effect. Any insurance, as opposed to self-insurance, obtained by the Lessee shall be obtained from a Qualified Insurer only.
Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. Within 10 days after the Initial Group I Closing Date, the Lessee or the Guarantor shall deliver to the Lessor a certificate(s) of insurance naming the Lessor, CPF and the Trustee as additional insureds as to the item required by Section 26.3. Such insurance shall not be changed or canceled except as provided below in Section 5.3.
Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. On or prior to the Initial Closing Date, the Lessee shall deliver to the Lessor, the Trustee and the Collateral Agent a certificate(s) of insurance/self-insurance as to the items required by Section 5.1 herein above. The Lessee shall not change or cancel such insurance/self-insurance without giving at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the Lessor, the Trustee and the Collateral Agent. Lessee shall deliver to Lessor certificates of insurance evidencing the insurance procured by Lessee, which certificates shall name Lessor as an additional insured together with any lender of Lessor. The Certificates of Insurance shall be delivered by Lessee to Lessor at the time of the execution of the Lease and shall be monitored regularly.

Within 10 days after (i) the Closing Date with respect to each Series of Notes included in the Group II Series of Notes or (ii) with respect to any additional party becoming a "Lessee" hereunder pursuant to the provisions of Section 23 hereof, within 10 days after such party becomes a "Lessee," hereunder), Budget, on behalf of the Lessees, and each Non-Budget Lessee shall deliver to the Lessor a certificate of insurance naming the Lessor and the Trustee as additional insured as to the items referenced by Section 5.1 hereinabove or a written statement to the effect that such Lessee is self insuring. Such insurance shall not be changed or canceled except as provided below in Section 5.3.
Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. A certificate of insurance from Seller's comprehensive general liability insurance company (E&O Carrier) confirming that (i) Seller is insured for a minimum of $10,000,000 and (ii) subrogation is waived as to the Buyer Indemnified Parties.

Such insurance shall not be changed or canceled except as provided below in Section 5.3.
Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. Within 10 days after the Sublease Effective Date (or, with respect to any additional party becoming a "Sublessee" hereunder pursuant to the provisions of SECTION 24 hereof, within 10 days after the date such party becomes a "Sublessee" hereunder), each Sublessee shall deliver to the Sublessor a certificate(s) of insurance naming the Lender, the Sublessor, AESOP Leasing, Original AESOP, each Permitted Nominee and the Trustee as additional insureds as to the items required by SECTION 31.3. Such insurance shall not be changed or canceled except as provided below in SECTION 5.3.
