Delivery Point Changes. To the extent Producers’ Nominations of Gas to a Xxxxxxx Delivery Point or Xxxxxxx Delivery Points would not permit Gatherer to accept the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity on any Xxxxxxx Gathering System, Producers shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to nominate Gas at other Xxxxxxx Delivery Points to permit Gatherer to accept the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity on any such Xxxxxxx Gathering System.

Delivery Point Changes. To the extent Producers’ Nominations of Gas to a Midcon Delivery Point or Midcon Delivery Points would not permit Gatherer to accept the all volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas on any Midcon Gathering System, Producers shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to nominate Gas at other Midcon Delivery Points to permit Gatherer to accept all volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas on any such Midcon Gathering System.

  • Delivery Point Once Manufacture of the Products has been completed, Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the Finished Goods FCA, (as defined in Incoterms (2000) published by the International Chamber of Commerce) and to a freight forwarder specified by Company in its Order, or otherwise approved by Company. “Delivery Point” as used in this Agreement shall mean the specific time and location that the Product is delivered to the shipper specified on the Order.

  • Delivery Pressure Seller shall be required to deliver or cause delivery of the Gas to the Point of Delivery and for delivering such Gas at a pressure sufficient to effect such delivery. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller shall have the right but not the obligation to install compression to effect deliveries of Gas hereunder.
