Dental/Vision Insurance. The District shall contribute up to a maximum of $131.36, a month, effective January 1, 2014, for a group dental plan providing a maximum $2,000 (Two thousand dollars) of annual coverage for eligible unit members and their families (which includes coverage for spouse or domestic partner, and dependents). The District shall contribute up to a maximum of $21.72 a month for a group vision plan for eligible unit members and their families (which includes coverage for spouse or domestic partner, and dependents).
